Christmas feast workshop

Our Executive Chef Nick Hodges will be hosting a festive filled workshop in the Courtyard lounge from midday until 1pm, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn his top tips and tricks in creating the ultimate Christmas feast.
Learn how to cook a delicious four bird roast, how to make the perfect roast potatoes and even discover Nick’s secrets to making his divine Christmas gravy. This is a Christmas day feast to be savoured.
All tickets include recipe cards and a glass of mulled wine. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste all of Nick’s festive creations.
