Truro City Bonfire Night

 A 15 minute walk from The Alverton. 

For the ultimate fireworks show in our little city, head to Truro’s Bonfire night this year. 

Bask in the warmth of a bonfire, followed by a spectacular firework display and then head to The Alverton’s bar to warm up with a hot tipple. 

Gates open at 5pm. The event is £3 entry (cash only) and all proceeds will be donated to Cornwall Air Ambulance & CHBN Radio.

Fistral Beach Fireworks

Fistral beach Bar, Headland Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 1HY

 A 50 minute drive from The Alverton. 

You couldn’t pick a more scenic backdrop for a fireworks display than the stunning vista of Fistral Beach in Newquay. Watch the colourful explosions reflect off the water as you sip a drink from the Fistral Beach Bar. 

This annual event gets going at 6.15pm – get there early to secure a table!

Falmouth Fire Station Fireworks

Falmouth Cricket Club, Falmouth TR11 4JB

 A 30 minute drive from The Alverton. 

Falmouth’s impressive bonfire night celebration rivals any other in Cornwall with no expense spared on the spectacular display. 

Head back to The Working Boat afterwards to warm up over a hot chocolate or a warming winter tipple. 

Gates open at 6pm for a 7pm start. Entry is £4 for adults and £2 for children, all proceeds go to charity.

Heartlands Bonfire and Fireworks Spectacular

Robinson's Shaft, Pool, Redruth TR15 3QY

 A 30 minute drive from The Alverton. 

This community event is free to attend and promises to be one of the best firework displays in Cornwall. 

Enjoy a family friendly fairground, entertainment and tasty food and drink before being treated to a spectacular fireworks display. 

Entry is free but a £3 donation is recommended.

NQY Fireworks

NQY Sports Centre, Newquay Sports & Community Centre, Tretherras Road, Newquay

 A 50 minute drive from The Alverton. 

One of the biggest and best firework displays in Cornwall is back and it promises to be a bonfire night bonanza. 

With six bars, an inflatable fair, a massive marquee and a DJ & after party, visitors will be able to enjoy the fireworks and then party into the night. 

Head to the display from 5.30pm, with the fireworks scheduled for 7.30pm. 

Tickets are £2.50 and all money raised will go to non-profit initiatives at the Sports Centre.
