Join us for the heist of the century this winter. 

Journey back with us to 1944 for the best murder mystery in Cornwall. This winter, join us for a night of intrigue, suspense, mystery and, of course, murder, in the opulent setting of our Great Hall. 

We’ll meet you in the grand restaurant of the The Savoy Hotel in London in the 1940s in the midst of a diamond heist. 

Arrive at dinner in your period finest and take your seats for this immersive dinner. The famous Murder by Appointment will then give you clues and scenarios to help you discover who committed a heinous crime. 

Could it be the infamous European jewellery thief known as the ‘The Phantom’? Or maybe someone a little closer to home? 

Watch and listen as the plot unfolds and results in a murder taking place. 

Can you identify the murderer, and who, in fact, does have the missing diamond?

What to expect

You are invited to join a dinner party with a difference. The Great Hall will be transformed into The Savoy hotel at the height of its glamour. 

Starting at 6.30pm, enjoy a tipple on arrival before taking your seat for the main event. A delicious three-course dinner will be served with a side of scandal, mystery and murder (starters will be served at 7pm).

Performed by the talented Murder by Appointment, each crucial scene in the plot will unfold before your eyes in between courses. The secrets, relationships and actions of each character will be revealed. It is your job to crack the code, deliberate over the clues and unmask the killer! Quiz the suspects and delve deeper into their potential motives and movements during the evening. 

What’s included?

Your ticket is your invite to the dinner party and includes an arrival drink, a three-course dinner and entertainment. The immersive show will be performed by Murder by Appointment – the longest established murder mystery company in the west of England.

1940s fancy dress is encouraged – think dinner jackets and elegant Grecian style dresses and ball gowns.
