“With all legal restrictions now lifted, we are delighted to be able to welcome our guests back now that ‘usual’ service can recommence once more!
Whilst we are continuing to wear face coverings and to socially distance in our teams, there is no obligation for you to do so. Our teams do so as they chose to do so, and with the best interests of all in mind we would leave it up to you to decide if you wish to continue to wear face coverings and to keep socially distanced during your stay.
Happily, our hotel has had not a single Covid-19 related outbreak or flare up and this high level of hygiene continues. As always we rely on our guest feedback to help us achieve, so please do continue to let us know how we’re doing.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior the arrival date. If cancelled or modified later, 50% of the total price will be charged. In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the total price will be charged. Cancellations must be received by the hotel in writing.
Covid-19 Guarantee: In the event of coronavirus restrictions being made that cause you to be unable to fulfill your booking with us, we will amend the reservation to a new date as many times as is needed.
Following the government announcement, we’re excited to confirm that our intended reopening date for leisure guests will be the 17th May.
To all our guests who have booked a stay before that date, please bear with us whilst we contact you about your booking. Rest assured we will be reaching out to each and every one of you, to either postpone your reservation or issue you a full refund. Thank you for your patience whilst our reception team is busy handling your enquiries.
Bedrooms will still be available to any key worker who needs a room at a special rate. If you are an NHS worker this will be £79 per night and for all other workers, £99 per night which includes a bagged breakfast. For enquiries please call us on 01872 276633.
