Competitions terms and conditions
Winner policy
The winner will be chosen at random by The Alverton. They will be contacted via the email address they have provided. The winner must confirm acceptance within 72 hours of the date and time of the email informing them of their win. Should they not accept in time, a new winner will be selected at random.
Prizes
The prizes are as stated and are subject to availability.
Stays (for two people) must be booked by the date specified by calling our reception team and are subject to availability, excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day and bank holidays.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prizes, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Eligibility
By entering the competition, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. Our competitions are open to UK entrants only
Our competitions are open to people ages 18 or over, except employees of The Greenbank and The Alverton or anyone professionally associated with this promotion, or their immediate family members.
