Free on-site parking is available at the hotel. However, we do not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.
Bedrooms are not normally available until 3pm; however, an earlier arrival may be possible upon request and we welcome you to relax in our bar and terrace before check-in. Or after a long journey, you may prefer to stretch your legs with a gentle stroll into Truro.
Bedrooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
By giving us your personally identifiable information, we may from time to time, send you marketing updates via email or SMS. If you would prefer not to receive such information in the future, please let us know and we will record and honour your request immediately. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the footer of each message we send.

Guests are encouraged to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme.
All cancellations should be received by the hotel in writing. Cancellations are free of charge up to seven days prior the arrival. If cancelled or modified later, the total price will be charged. In case of no show, the total price will be charged. For individual offers, please review terms & conditions and cancellation policy on specific offer pages (in particular our ‘Advance Purchase’ offer, which is non-refundable).
Accounts are to be settled upon departure. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.
We welcome well behaved dogs to the hotel and have a number of dog friendly bedrooms. Dogs are permitted in all public areas except the main restaurant. Guide dogs are permitted in all public areas.
IF YOU BOOKED DINNER, BED AND BREAKFAST
When booking dinner, bed and breakfast, there is an allowance of £35.00 per person to spend towards food. When spending over this allowance, this will be charged. If you have not yet upgraded to dinner, bed and breakfast and would like to do so, please call us on 01872 276633 and it’ll be our pleasure to arrange this for you (£30.00 per person). *This excludes the Cosy Cornish Retreat.*
As we are a Grade II listed building, some guests may find it difficult to reach certain rooms. Please advise us of your needs prior to arrival to ensure we allocate your room to best suit your requirements.
The hotel has three ground floor rooms, all of which can be made up as a twin or a double room. A lift provides access to a further eight bedrooms. Our restaurant and lounge bar are situated on the ground floor and there is also a wheelchair ramp which gives access to our outside terrace area.
We have four function rooms at The Alverton which are accessible for disabled guests.
There is an accessible toilet fitted on the ground floor and we have accessible parking situated at the front of the hotel. Our main car park is slightly sloped.
