Guests who pay at the time of booking will not be entitled to a refund if the booking is cancelled or modified at any time after the booking is completed*.

Please note that the card provided as guarantee at the time of booking will be charged at 12pm seven days prior to your arrival. Please note that if we are unable to take payment on the card provided at that point, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

A deposit of £100 per person is required at the time of booking and full payment is required before the 31st October. If the booking is cancelled or modified after full payment is taken, no refunds or modifications to the booking can be made.

If a guest cancels or does not show up on the date of their booking, they will be fully charged.
