On Friday 14th August, our Head Chef, Ollie Wyatt, will be rolling out a lobster platter, with all the trimmings. Caught locally in the Cornish waters, tuck into our succulent lobster, served al fresco style on our outdoor terrace, overlooking The Alverton gardens. Why not add a touch of indulgence with tender, mouthwatering beef, available for a small supplement?
Ollie is expertly trained in preparing delights caught from our Cornish oceans, and this particular menu heroes the nation’s favourite crustacean – the lobster. Seen as decadent and luxurious, Ollie is stripping back the frills and serving a menu that focuses on the beauty of simplicity – with ingredients that enhance the already rich and sweet natural flavours of this meaty shellfish.
Tables are available to book from 5.30pm until 7pm.
